Product Description A two-pack amine-adduct cured epoxy finish paint designed for use on masonry, concrete walls and to provide good resistance against mild chemicals and oil. Easy to apply using a brush, roller or airless spray. Can be used for areas with moderate traffic. Product Attributes Great fungal and algal resistance. Great physical durability and forms a hard coat resistant to abrasion, scratching, peeling and cracking. Great chemical durability and resistance to water, fruit acids and most household chemicals. Coverage: 82.3 sq ft/L. Touch dry time (at 25°C): 9 hours. Hard dry time (at 25°C): 12 hours. Available in Light Grey. Finish: Glossy. Recommendations for Surface Preparation Ensure surface is clean, dry and free of all contaminants. Apply 1 coat of Epilux 155 @ 50 microns DFT, followed by Epilux 4 Floor Coating. Application Procedure Mix 4 parts base to 1 part hardener (by volume). When using an airless spray, use a tip size 0.38–0.48 mm (0.015–0.019 in.), psi 1800–2300. A maximum of 10% thinner may be used. The recommended method of application is a brush or roller. A maximum of 5% thinner may be used. For Easy Clean-Up, Use Solvalux 7-45 Hazard Rating Avoid inhalation. Protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust masks and gloves are recommended when using the product.
