CITIZEN CINCOM M32 CNC lathe

CITIZEN CINCOM M32 CNC lathe was built in 2003 in Japan by CITIZEN WATCH CO., LTD. The machine, which is a combination of high performance and precision, enables to perform even the most complex machining of workpieces in 8 axes. All machining processes, i.e. precise drilling, threading and turning are performed inside a fully illuminated work area by means of cutting tools taken from 3 tool stations. The high thermal stability bed inside effectively reduces the influence of heat, increasing the service life of all components and tools. The CITIZEN CINCOM M-32 CNC lathe is offered with an extensive range of equipment, which includes, among others, two spindles (main spindle and sub-spindle) and an FMB bar feeder. All this is complemented by an intelligent CNC control, which allows, for example, self-diagnosis of the machine or program backup. The CITIZEN M32 swiss-type lathe weighs 3200 kg.
